Welcome to the official RNOISE RECORDS website (the "Site"). Please read these Terms of Use (the "Terms") carefully before using the Site, participating in the RNS Token Public Sale, or interacting with our services. By accessing the Site, connecting your Web3 wallet, or utilizing our services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and all blockchain-related interactions.

1. Eligibility

To use this Site and participate in Web3 interactions (such as the IDO or lockup staking), you must satisfy the following criteria:

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full civil capacity;
You must not be a citizen, resident, or green card holder of any prohibited jurisdiction, including but not limited to the United States, mainland China, and other sanctioned countries;
Your use of this Site and purchase of RNS tokens must comply with all local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Presale (IDO) & Staking Smart Contracts

Your interactions with RNS presale and staking smart contracts are governed by these rules:

Automated Execution: All token exchange and lockup operations are executed automatically via smart contracts deployed on BSC and RNOISE Chain. Transactions sent to blockchain networks are irreversible and final.
Risk Acceptance: Cryptographic tokens involve significant volatility and market risks. The presale does not constitute a investment offer or promise of profits. You buy RNS entirely at your own risk.
Lockup Terms: Staking RNS binds your assets to smart contracts for the selected duration (30/90/365 days). Locked assets cannot be withdrawn before the lockup period expires.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, designs, logos, software, and smart contract codes, is the intellectual property of the parent group DREAMVFIA UNION or its licensors. It is protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Unauthorized replication, redistribution, or modification of these assets is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

Attempting to attack, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Site's frontend, APIs, or smart contracts;
Deploying malicious scripts, bots, or scripts designed to automate purchases or bypass verification;
Using RNOISE tools or RNS tokens for money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illicit activities;
Falsely claiming affiliation with the official RNOISE team or publishing misleading information regarding the ecosystem.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and smart contract user interfaces are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without guarantees of any kind. We are not liable for losses caused by:

Network congestion, hard forks, chain reorganizations, or consensus errors on BSC or RNOISE Chain;
Compromise of your private keys, seed phrases, or MetaMask credentials;
Downtime, routing failures, or smart contract bugs associated with third-party cross-chain bridges or wallet software providers.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time due to regulatory developments, technical changes, or market conditions. Revisions are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site represents acceptance of the updated Terms.
